We currently accept DMBA(Deseret Mutual), United/UMR, Aetna, EMI, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, PEHP, and Select Health insurances for therapy services.

Cashrates

We offer cash-pay options for clients whose insurance we are out of network with or for those who prefer not to use insurance, appreciating the flexibility and enhanced confidentiality this provides. If you have out-of-network coverage, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. To ensure access to care, we also offer a limited number of reduced-rate slots.
